The morning challenge is back but this time we are having the weekends off!
Mindfulness and meditation have been linked to stress reduction, relaxation and simply taking time out and here's why.
Mindfulness is a powerful mind and body tool that leads to the release of endorphins contributing to emotional balance and improved focus. It can really change the way you live your life.
This 20 day experience will kick start your routine, giving you hints and tips to stay on track. You will learn how normal daily routines that you already follow, can be used to train in mindfulness.
We will meet at 6.45am and will sit and follow a guided meditation together. Over the 20 days we'll use different techniques so that you can find out what works best for you.
Each Monday there's a Q & A where you can share your experience with others or ask any questions relating to anything that has come up.
The guidance sessions will be recorded so if you aren't able to make the 6.45am slot, they can be delivered to you via our online platform.
Many people use Apps to meditate and I completely understand the convenience. Apps can be a great way to promote consistency.
However, not all Apps explain how and why the process works which means that you might not be getting the most out of your time. This course is completely compatible with your App and will teach you how to get the most out of it.
Although this is running over zoom, to ensure that support can be provided safely, places are limited to 25 on a first come basis.
