So imagine getting up tomorrow morning and starting this 21 day challenge where you'll get to do all three - what a fantastic way to start your day.
- Simple techniques to help you maximise your time
- Simple 10 minute practices teaching you the art of meditation
- The difference between mindfulness and meditation
- How to be mindful in life to improve your well being, reduce stress and boost your immune system
How it works:
- Each week you'll receive 7 videos to access via our app or PC
- The videos are numbered by day
- Each video contains a 2 minute tip, building your knowledge of how and why meditation works
- Each tip is followed by a 10 minute guided practice, making the sessions 12 minutes long
- There are 21 different practices so once you've finished the course, you can revisit your favourites at anytime
- Nothing to learn or write down, simply follow the guidance and the brain will do the rest.
There are two accountability sessions per week via zoom. These will be sent via email once you sign up.
