About the Event
This 8 week course is a great introduction to mindfulness and will give you all of the tools you need to apply it within your daily life. Mindfulness is a unique and individual experience but here are some of the universal benefits:
· Becoming less reactive and being able to manage destructive emotions
· Allowing your mind to become more settled and calm
· An overall sense of improved well being including kindness to self and others
· A less critical attitude towards yourself and others
· An opportunity to fully experience each moment of life
There is an introduction / registration session on 21st April and this is followed by 8 weekly two hour sessions that run up to and including 16th June 2020. The course runs from 19.00 - 21.00.
Each session includes an introduction to the theory of mindfulness followed by one or more guided practices. At the end of each practice there is an opportunity to share your experience with other members of the group, if you are happy to do so.
The usual price for this course is £250.00, however this course will run at the price of £195.00 as an introductory discount.

This is the first course being running by JustBreathe and is offered at a discounted price of £195.00 to the first 6 applicants. Courses will run in Spring and Autumn at the full price of £250.00
