About the Event

Mindfulness is a unique and individual experience and helps us to develop tools that can change the way we interact with those difficulties that arise in all of our lives.  These 5 sessions are an excellent introduction and will include a little bit of the theory followed by a guided practice.  At the end there will be an opportunity to discuss your experience if you want to.   The sessions are warm, friendly and informal.  I would love you to join me.

21st April 2020 19.00 - 20.00 - Session 1 - Recognising and settling the mind

28th April 2020 19.00 - 20.00 - Session 2 - Working with emotions 

5th May 2020 19.30 - 20.30 - Session 3 - Mindfulness in daily life and sound support

12th May 2020 19.30 - 20.30 - Session 4 - Mindful movement

19th May 2020 19.30 - 20.30 - Session 5 - Using breathing as mindfulness support
