About the Event
Mindfulness is a unique and individual experience and helps us to develop tools that can change the way we interact with those difficulties that arise in all of our lives. Â These 5 sessions are an excellent introduction and will include a little bit of the theory followed by a guided practice. Â At the end there will be an opportunity to discuss your experience if you want to. Â Â The sessions are warm, friendly and informal. Â I would love you to join me.Â

19th May 2020 19.30 - 20.30 - Session 5 - Using breathing as mindfulness support
